1.In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?

For The Setting: I used the mid shot of Anna just wake up in her room, you can see is really realistic and pictures stick on the wall, but the lighting source are quite weak, also cause the light is dim to make it become more moody which fit with the story.
For The Costume: I choose a long shot of Anna and Paul, you can see really clear of what they wearing, really causal hoody with jeans.
Title and Font: I used a still scene of our film title which with a black background to make the title more stands out.
Camera Work and Editing: I choose the extreme long shot of Anna and Paul walking on the grass; we added few jump cuts to speed up.
Special FX: We used an effect in the long shot of Anna and Paul walking on the road, to make it a bit burly and the movement more interesting also feel more like a flash back and memories.
Character: A mid shot of Anna lying on the bed also is the beginning of our film.
Story/Narrative: I choose the last scene of a over shoulder shot of Anna, you can see her face on the mirror in front of her, that shot is Anna look at the mirror dry all her tears and also mean that she need to carry on her life and look forward even without Paul.
2.How does your media product represent particular social groups?
The main character in Days Of Heaven is our actress Anna Stoss, I think the way she dress and her dark long curly hair really suit the image of Bella in "Twilight" which struggle in relationships. I think they are quite similar because they always keep their hair down and not much make up on to keep her natural. Also the costume of Anna and Bella are very casual and simple, to keep her more alike most teenagers nowadays. Anna and Bella in "Twilight" are both a quite and negative person always feel upset and shy to show how much they love their boyfriend and just cry alone.
The setting of her room, the light are quite dim, and not much colourful things in to cause a moody emotion to effect our audiences, which is quite similar to Bella in Twilight’s room.
3. What kind of media institutions might distribute our media product, and why?
4.Who would be the audience for your media product?
I think the ideal audience for our movie are mainly teenages girls or couples, to attract more audience, we try to keep our actress and actors similar to teenagers nowdays.
- The clothing they wear are quiet casual like hoody and jeans with converse or uggs.
- Their hair are both very simple, Anna with hair down and Paul with casual short hair.
- The music they listen should be some popular songs you can hear from the radio or music channels.
- Most of our audience are couples and teenage female cause the film are about relationship and teenage romantic storyline, its a bit similar with "Twilight" but without supernatural.
- While they watching the film, i think its a good idea to give out tissue, cause our movie are quiet negative.
The storyline we used are quiet popular, we have quiet a lot of films are about relationship, so we do our movie differently with outhers to attract more audience member, we prefer using a poem rather than just actor or actress actrually spreak out. So i think its a special point to stand out our movie.
